Mango Avocado Salad
If salad is your jam or you are working on that summer bod but dread the boring salads, my Mango Avocado Salad recipe is one that will redefine the definition of a salad. I’m all about saving time in the kitchen and on the lookout of recipes that don’t require much effort — perfect for when those lazy days of summer set in.
This vibrant Mango Avocado salad is quick, easy, fresh, so colourful and takes less than 20 min to prepare. It’s irresistibly sweet and spicy, super simple to make, and outrageously delicious. Honestly, you could also serve it on salad or just eat it straight out of the bowl as a salad. It’s that good. Or you can switch it up as a side salsa to jazz up tacos or serve alongside chips.
This No cook Mango Avocado Salad recipe is juicy, the nutrition-rich mangoes sweeten and balance the flavor while green chillies add just the right amount of kick. The addition of tomatoes, onions, and avocado into this fruity salsa, it’s begging to be added to your favourite meals.
