MASALA PEANUT CHAAT / SALAD
If it is a snack with chai or a light appetizer for casual entertaining, look no further. If you love spice and you love peanuts, then this Masala Peanut Chaat / Salad is definitely the perfect snack for you.
We easily chow down on a bowl of these delicious spicy peanuts with a round of drinks.
Peanuts are a good source of dietary protein, rich in energy.
This masala peanut chaat is everything – quick, no-cook, vegan, gluten-free, tangy, spicy, crunchy, refreshing, tasty, and above all healthy. Isn’t that ridiculously and embarrassingly easy? Easy enough for kids to make it.
How to make Masala Peanut Chaat / Salad:
1 cup Roasted Peanuts
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Mint & Coriander chutney
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt, to taste
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
Toss all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Adjust the seasonings to the taste of the peanut chaat and serve.
Easy right? This salad bowl is best served fresh. Enjoy 🙂
